"Abbey" was purchased in 1997  as a show and obedience bitch and also as the foundation bitch for my future kennels.  We were both novices when it came to showing and trialling but I am very proud of her achievements in all endeavours to date. 

She is now retired from the show ring but her successes in this ring include, challenges, reserve challenges, Best of Breed and classes in Group.

In the obedience ring she obtained her  CD  (Companion Dog) title in four trials gaining the final pass in style at the Border Collie Club of NSW show/trial where she was also awarded Winner of Winners.  I was delighted that her breeder, Mrs Vidler, who is a patron of the club was present on that day to share our success.  We then progressed to Open obedience and she obtained her  CDX  (Companion Dog Excellent) title in just three trials!!  The highlight of her obedience career to date being Sydney Royal 2001--when she won the Open class.

The results from her efforts in the whelping box have also been very pleasing  - she  has produced two lovely healthy litters for us and progeny from these litters are being shown with success including challenges, reserve challenges and multiple classes in Group.

forward to sharing further fun with her in the years ahead.
